Mid-Atlantic Hearth, Patio & Barbecue Association (MAHPBA) is an affiliate of the Hearth, Patio & Barbecue Association (formerly Hearth Products Association). MAHPBA was formed in October, 1999 and includes the states of Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey and Pennsylvania, as well as the District of Columbia. In 2002, with the merger of the Barbecue Industry Association into HPA, we became the Mid-Atlantic Hearth, Patio & Barbecue Association.

 

Membership is available to all those that sell products and services through the hearth, casual furniture or barbecue distribution network and to those that manufacturer or distribute any products promoted at the Hearth & Home EXPO trade show.

The MAHPBA Mission

 

  • The Mid-Atlantic Hearth, Patio & Barbecue Association (MAHPBA) was formed to further the interests of those regional members involved in the hearth, patio and barbecue industries.
  • MAHPBA will provide a forum for discussion of local, regional, national, and international issues. The MAHPBA will serve as an educational resource by developing programs.
  • MAHPBA will prepare and initiate local promotions to advance the industry and interests.
  • Above all, the association will support regional and national initiatives to promote and benefit our industries.
